Hypnotherapy can be a very powerful tool for helping with weight loss. It may work by changing your behaviours & relationship towards food and eating habits that are stored in your sub-conscious mind. I can help you cut down your portion size, cut down or completely cut out wrong unhealthy foods like chocolate, biscuits etc. I can also help give you motivation to exercise.

I will have a detailed chat to find out about you, your lifestyle and your eating habits. This is to identify any triggers that make you eat the food you eat. A treatment plan will be completed and your therapy will begin.


I would use some techniques to find out if there is a reason why you are having weight issues, or making the wrong food choices. For many people there is a conflict. There is a part of you that wants to lose weight and look fit & healthy, but there is a part of you that wants to eat unhealthy food. I work towards removing this conflict and putting you on the path to achieve your goals.  


If you are looking to make a real difference to your weight and your relationship with food, I would recommend a few sessions to work on different aspects of your journey with each session. Hypnotherapy is more effective if you have more than 1 session as we can use various different techniques to give you the tools you ned for your healthier life.
