Swedish Massage

Relaxing sports massage is the same as sports massage but with less pressure and more relaxing. It promotes deep relaxation and relieves everyday stress. It improves circulation, eases tension, and restores balance to body and mind. A perfect choice if you’re looking to unwind and recharge

Pre/Post Event Massage

£40 - 45 mins

Pre-event massage prepares your muscles, boosts circulation, and reduces injury risk. Post-event massage aids recovery, eases soreness, and restores mobility. Both are tailored to support your performance and overall wellbeing

The IBS Hypnotherapy programme consists of 3 sessions. You also get recordings to listen to at home between sessions.

Individual reiki sessions are 50mins.

You can book your Massage or Reiki session on line in a few easy steps.

Book Online

When you book an appointment, you agree to the Booking Terms and cancellation policy as set out below;

All clients are to pay a £15 deposit to confirm the booking

When you book an appointment online or by contacting James by email or phone, we will reserve the session for you and send you an invoice with a payment link by email for the deposit payment.

The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the email invoice in order to confirm your appointment.

Once the deposit is paid, you will receive an appointment confirmation email.

If the deposit is not paid by 48 hours after receiving the email invoice, we will no longer reserve the session for you.

Please Note: Your appointment is not confirmed until we have received the deposit.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or re-schedule with more than 24 hours notice of your appointment, the full deposit will be refunded. In the case of re-scheduling your appointment, we can hold onto the deposit already paid and move it to your new booking.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment, or your do not turn upto the appointment , the deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged for the remaining balance of the session fee

If you want to re-schedule the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to pay another deposit for the new re-scheduled booking.
