• A good internet connection is needed for online therapy to be successful

• A device such as a desktop or laptop computer, tablet or mobile phone with a web cam

• A pair of headphones is advisable but not essential

Once you book the appointment, you will be sent an appointment confirmation which will contain a link to your therapy session.

You will also receive an invoice with a payment link via email which needs to be paid no later than 24 hours before your appointment.

This is an example of the confirmation email you will receive.

All you need to do is click on the link in the email at the time of your therapy session and it will open up and start your session.

If using a laptop or desktop, there is nothing for you to download and install. If using a mobile device, it may prompt you to download the Zoom app, but you don't need to create an account
