The Terms & Conditions below apply to all services provided by James Greenaway Therapies

Booking Terms

All clients are to pay a £15 deposit to confirm the booking (£30 for stop smoking sessions)

When you book an appointment online or by contacting James by email or phone, we will reserve the session for you and send you an invoice with a payment link by email for the deposit payment.

The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the email invoice in order to confirm your appointment.

Once the deposit is paid, you will receive an appointment confirmation email.

If the deposit is not paid by 48 hours after receiving the email invoice, we will no longer reserve the session for you.

Please Note: Your appointment is not confirmed until we have received the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or re-schedule with more than 24 hours notice of your appointment, the full deposit will be refunded. In the case of re-scheduling your appointment, we can hold onto the deposit already paid and move it to your new booking.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment, or your do not turn unto the appointment , the deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged for the remaining balance of the session fee

If you want to re-schedule the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to pay another deposit for the new re-scheduled booking.
