Contraindictions
The beauty of Reiki is that there are no known contraindications when used on its own. This makes it suitable when other treatments may not be possible.
How Much Reiki Will I Need?
A single session of Reiki may be sufficient, but it is best to discuss this with the practitioner. For instance, if you have a long standing illness/injury, you may need a series of sessions, however, you should feel improvement after each session. Reiki Practitioners are not trained in diagnosis and will not predict any specific outcome from treatment.
